In this highly rewarding and challenging role, your duties will include;-

 

  • Multiple Retailer Order Fulfilment, managing the entire order placement process, to include factory management, vendor guidelines and order fulfilment

  • Supply Chain, management of POs, schedules with agents and creation of production data into the ERP system

  • Management of the new product development process

  • Testing/ Product Compliance, overseeing product testing to EU/UK and US/CA standards

  • Order Management/ Delivery and QC checks, working with the factories from order forecast to order placement to ensure the most cost effective FOB, Ex Factory date, and MOQs are supplied as well as continually monitoring order progress through factory updates 

  • Continuous Product Improvement, following up with the relevant teams where applicable, and following up with design on product improvements.

  • Optimisation of Packaging, including pack sizes across all products, keeping as close to the UK/US standards as possible. 

  • Freight 

  • Liaising with Logistics to manage freight bookings from the Far East, ensuring the team is fully aware of factory / ex factory dates.
