We seek an experienced Account Exec on their behalf; you'll assist in the management of major retail accounts in Europe, US and the RoW, working cross functionally with the wider team, suppliers and retail buyers to fufil orders, serving as the key contact for your allocated accounts alongside their offshore manufacturing partners.


Your role will involve;-

 

  • Account Administration - manage item setup and maintenance for key customers through external systems, tracking and managing order timelines, inventory updates, and deliveries.

  • Customer Support - you'll serve as a point of contact for your assigned accounts

  • Process Management - you'll follow established workflows to ensure accurate data entry and reporting from purchase order (PO) to product on the shelf, proactively flagging any potential process improvements or system enhancements.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration - overseeing the Customer Commitment Plan, you'll update key tasks to ensure alignment across internal teams such as Production, Supply Chain and Finance.​​

  • Supplier Liaison - working closely with overseas manufacturing partners in China to monitor production schedules, product specifications, and quality standards, you'll ensure all factories meet necessary audit requirements and compliance standards. You'll also liaise between factories and internal teams to ensure timely shipments, swiftly addressing any production or shipping issues.

 

 About you;-

 

  • Exceptionally Organised - you thrive when it comes to keeping data, files, and calendars in order.

  • Attention to Detail - accuracy is key, you'll ideally have extensive experience in managing customers, systems and processes.

  • Strong Communication Skills - you’ll be confident in client communication and working collaboratively with colleagues.

  • Proactive Mindset - you will enjoy finding ways to streamline processes and make everyone’s job a lot easier!

  • Team Player - you naturally build great relationships and happily support your teammates.

  • This opportunity would be perfect for you if you're from a clothing background, specifically Import / Wholesale Merchandising, Buying or in a Sales Admin / Junior Account Manager type role and looking for higher responsibility.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

A truly superb opportunity for an experienced account manager with product development  expertise to join this long established, quality and design driven business,  supplying apparel into high street stores, supermarkets and online accounts.

 

This challenging and highly rewarding appointment will suit you if you you're a vibrant and enthusiastic self starter and enjoy working in a fast pace, energetic environment.

Your experience will mirror the key responsibilities of the role, which include ;- 

​

  • Working with the design team to create ranges specific to customers’ requirements 

  • Attending sales meetings with buyers and designers to present garment ranges   

  • Manage price negotiations and order confirmations.

  • Liaise and coordinate with overseas factories to create high quality samples achieving key deadlines and price points.

  • Reviewing design tech packs, ensuring all details and specifications are covered and correct 

  • Managing sample critical path for sample development, co -ordinating fabrics and trims etc. 

  • On order confirmation, manage a detailed handover to merchandisers with all product information and price information
