  • Using your industry knowledge to highlight and target potential new business for the brand as well as managing and developing existing accounts

  • Representing the brand, ensuring optimum customer service

  • Work with internal teams from brand directors to design, ecommerce and merchandising, agents and distributors, ensuring a smooth processes from order through to customer delivery

  • Presentation, communication and good IT skills (inc Excel) are key

  • Proven successful track record in fashion (or a similar industry) B2B sales is essential

Your experience will mirror the key responsibilities of the role, which include ;- 

  • Working with the design team to create ranges specific to customers’ requirements 

  • Attending sales meetings with buyers and designers to present garment ranges   

  • Manage price negotiations and order confirmations.

  • Liaise and coordinate with overseas factories to create high quality samples achieving key deadlines and price points.

  • Reviewing design tech packs, ensuring all details and specifications are covered and correct 

  • Managing sample critical path for sample development, co -ordinating fabrics and trims etc. 

  • On order confirmation, manage a detailed handover to merchandisers with all product information and price information

We're recruiting a Wholesale Account Manager on behalf of this contemporary fashion co - in this exciting, challenging and rewarding role you will be responsible for maintaining existing business as well as recognising and executing new business opportunities, with a mix of selling their in house brands and working on private label accounts with the High Street and OnlIne retailers. 

You will be based out of their Manchester based HQ / showroom and will enjoy being out on the road visiting your existing and target customer base.

MENSWEAR BUYER (OWN BRAND)

We are working in partnership with this on trend group of menswear brands in their quest to hire an experienced Menswear Buyer.

 

Working closely with your design team, you will identify and translate forthcoming trends into profitable ranges via product development and range building across multi product wovens, jerseywear and knits. 

 

As their Own Brand Buyer, your remit will include; -

  • Instigate and lead the Design brief to ensure best selling ranges

  • Operate in tandem with your supply base to action sample development 

  • Conduct comp shops and competitor analysis

  • Work closely with merchandising and sales to analyse best and worse sellers and take positive action 

  • You'll be an effective negotiator, commited to achieving the right product, at the right budget. within the right time frame
